The Dice Coalition website is THE must visit for any Dice Masters enthusiast. Loaded with tools (see Our RESOURCES page), articles and their Wiki – from which I keep discovering new gems like their LEXICON, the Dice Coalition is the best resource out there. There’s a whole tab on their main page dedicated to New Players! Check it out!
We dedicated Episode #4 from Season 1 of Rollin’ Thunder to helping newer players (who’ve already learned the very basics) take the next step. You can listen to that Episode, which is titled “Enter The Archivist!” by clicking the button.
The Double Burst Podcast out of Utah was an incredible resource for the community for several years and produced some wonderful content. Click on the link and you’ll find a glossary to some of the terms and acronyms thrown around in the game as well as answers to some frequently asked questions!

One of the earliest and most fundamental shifts to the mechanics of the game was the introduction of the Professor X Global at the release of the Uncanny X-Men set. Although the global has long been rotated out of Modern constructed, it is still worth learning how to properly exploit it, not only because it is still prevalent in any Golden tournament, but because it can teach you about the benefits of ramp, churn and economy. Here are two linked articles from a great site that unfortunately no longer exists, called Dice Anon, that are helpful primers to how to effectively use the Professor X Global (or PXG).
